Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item that you purchased or have unused parts from your railing project, you can initiate a return within 90 days of delivery for a full refund (minus return shipping charges). Items that have been used or modified in any way are not eligible for return. No returns or refunds will be accepted on staircase kits that have been partially or fully installed.

Please visit our Returns Portal to initiate your return. This form will allow us to process your return in a timely and accurate manner. To ensure you receive your full refund, please be prepared to provide photos of the item(s) being returned.

• To be eligible for a refund:
• Item must be returned within 90 days of delivery
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition

• You are ineligible for a full refund if:
• The item is used or not in original condition
• The item is missing any components including hardware
• There is damage to the packaging or product that makes it ineligible for resale
